● Click on a category to view the corresponding catalogue pages showing the full colour and size range of the items. 

● Click on a catalogue page to go to an active webpage to view the beads in a larger format and to select the items you wish to buy. 

● On the active page, view the colour range of the item by clicking the drop-down menu beneath the image. Clicking on the colour description in the menu will change the colour of the bead image. You can order each required colour at this stage.

● Click on the item image to go to another active webpage with an enlarged image and smaller images of all the other colours, as well as some additional information about the item. Click on any small image to see an enlarged version of it. You can also order from this screen.

● The first quantity/price is the individual selling unit (most often one bead).  The second is the discount quantity.  The discount price is for the unit stated.  For example, if the unit is “10 pack”, the price is for a pack of 10 beads.  Prices do not include VAT. (Note: Authorised wholesale customers will see three prices and quantities for items which we wholesale).

● Move through the catalogue by placing your cursor over the SHOP button on the navigation bar and selecting a category from the drop-down list.  You can also scroll through the catalogue by using the scroll up and down button on your browser window. The back button on your browser will move you to a previously viewed page.

● Once you are ready to order, insert in the appropriate box the quantity of beads or packs, strands, metres, etc. that you wish to order. Then click the Add to Cart button. A banner will appear to tell you that the item has been added to your cart.

● View the items in your shopping cart by clicking the “View Cart” link on the top navigation bar.  You can then use Cart Options to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.  You can delete items individually by clicking on the X beside them or you can empty the entire shopping card by selecting “Empty Shopping Cart” from the Cart Options menu.  You can also amend your order quantity at this point. After changing the quantity, click on the Update box.

● Unless you have already logged in, when you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to sign in or to create a new account. Once you have logged in, click “proceed to check out” to reach the credit card details page.  Fill in these details, including method of payment, and click “submit” to finalise your order. 

● An email will be sent to the email address in your account information to confirm your order.
