- The Vouchers may be exchanged in the shop or online for goods of an equal or higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference via cash or card.
- To redeem online you will need to enter the Online Redemption Code in the promotion box at the time of checkout
- The vouchers cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash or refund
- Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged
- No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or defaced vouchers
- Vouchers will be valid for 12 months from date of issue
- No promotions or discounts apply to the face value of the Gift Vouchers
